Become a National Form UR:700 – Application for Naturalization
Use this form to apply for Urlennian national status through naturalization. Naturalization is the voluntary process of becoming a Urlennian national.

Once you download the form, complete all required fields, and submit it along with the necessary documents. All submissions must be made through our secure messaging service.

Eligibility Requirements:

Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
Good Moral Character: You must meet the standard of good character set by your dominion.
English Proficiency: You must be able to demonstrate English proficiency.
Civics Knowledge: You must be able to demonstrate knowledge of Urlennia civics.
Allegiance: You must pledge allegiance to Urlennia.
Application Fee: $79*

Upload a picture of yourself holding a vaild photo id for verification.
URPASS Digital ID Card*
Submit photo for your digital id card

*The application fee covers administrative costs associated with the naturalization process. Once your wallet payment is confirmed on the blockchain, your application will be processed. **Applications received without required documents will not be processed.

Once your application is received, the Department of Motherland Security will contact you via secure messaging with further instructions.
