- Good Moral Character: You must meet the standard of good character set by your dominion.
- English Proficiency: You must be able to demonstrate English proficiency.
- Civics Knowledge: You must be able to demonstrate knowledge of Urlennia civics.
- Allegiance: You must pledge allegiance to Urlennia.
- Application Fee: $79*
- Photo with Valid Identification
- Upload a picture of yourself holding a vaild photo id for verification.
- URPASS Digital ID Card*
- Submit photo for your digital id card
